What's the minimum order, and when is delivery free?

There’s no minimum order. Free delivery kicks in on orders over $400, Australia-wide. Orders under $400 attract a flat delivery fee. Everything ships within 1–2 business days from our Adelaide warehouse.

All five BizCup blends are roasted and selected specifically for fully automatic bean-to-cup machines — they work consistently across all major brands including the machines BizCup rents. They’re also suitable for manual espresso machines and filter setups. If you’re not sure what works with your specific machine, our Adelaide team will tell you before you order. Coffee beans go into automatic bean-to-cup machines — the machine grinds them fresh for every cup. BizCupsules are Nespresso-compatible capsules — they work in any Nespresso-compatible machine without needing a grinder. Beans are BizCup’s main product and the better option if your office has an automatic machine. BizCupsules are a good fit for offices that don’t yet have one, or for lower-volume spots like meeting rooms alongside your main machine.

It depends on your machine type. For milk-based machines, The Janitor — BizCup’s own milk frother cleaner — cuts through milk residue in steam wands and frother systems fast. For general machine cleaning and descaling, the Cafetto range covers tablets, liquid descaler and milk cleaning products.

Yes. Ristora granulated vending milk and drinking chocolate are formulated for automatic coffee machines and vending setups. Arkadia Spiced Chai Latte works in machines with a dedicated powder hopper or hot water outlet — and manually with hot water. If your machine doesn’t have a powder function, our team can confirm what will work before you order.

Yes. There’s no maximum order quantity and no cap on how much you can order at once. For large offices or organisations with regular high-volume needs, our Adelaide team can discuss ordering arrangements that suit your usage. Get in touch before placing a large order and we’ll make sure you’re set up properly.
