How does office coffee machine rental work with BizCup?

It’s straightforward. Tell us your team size and roughly how many coffees you go through each day — we’ll match you to the right automatic coffee machine and Care Plan for your office.

We deliver and install the machine, walk your team through how to use it, and handle all the servicing from there. Beans and consumables are delivered free as part of your Care Plan. When something goes wrong, we fix it. You don’t lift a finger.

How much does it cost to rent an office coffee machine in Adelaide?

Machine hire starts from $35 per week and the right machine for your office depends on your team size and daily coffee volume. Small office machines start from $35/week, medium office machines from $49/week, and high-volume machines for busy workplaces from $89/week.

On top of the machine hire, every rental includes a Care Plan and this is where your service frequency is set. Bronze covers a monthly clean and check, Silver is fortnightly, and Gold is weekly. Care Plans are included free based on how much coffee your office uses each month. Silver is free from 15kg/month, Gold from 30kg/month, this means that for most active offices, the service is covered at no extra cost.

Every plan includes the machine, regular servicing, a backup machine and free delivery on all consumables. No large upfront cost, no lock-in contract*. Just great coffee for a predictable weekly cost.

No. BizCup runs on flexible month-to-month rental agreements — no long-term commitments, no exit fees. You stay because it works, not because you’re locked in.

If your office needs change — you scale up, move premises, or want to try a different machine — we’ll sort it out. That’s what no lock-in actually means.

What's included in a BizCup Care Plan?

Every Care Plan includes regular machine cleaning and servicing, a backup machine if yours ever goes down, free delivery on all coffee and consumables, and access to the BizCup customer portal.

Silver and Gold plans also include the Grounded™ coffee waste recycling program — your used grounds are collected by our team and processed back into soil through Jeffries Group. Bronze is monthly service, Silver is fortnightly, Gold is weekly.

Which coffee machine is right for my office?

It depends on how many coffees your team goes through each day and what drinks they want. A small office going through under 50 cups a day has very different needs to a high-traffic workplace pumping out 100+.

As a starting point — the Dr Coffee Minibar S2 suits mixed-preference teams who want coffee, tea and hot chocolate from one machine. The HLF 2700 suits high-volume offices that need speed and consistency above all else. Not sure? Do you supply coffee beans and consumables as well?

Yes — and for machine rental customers, consumables are delivered free as part of your Care Plan. BizCup supplies five coffee blends roasted and packed in South Australia, along with BizCupsules (Nespresso-compatible capsules), hot drink powders including Ristora and Arkadia Spiced Chai, Naked Syrups, AS4736 certified compostable cups and lids, cleaning products and sugar.

Everything is available through the BizCup online store too — no machine rental required. Free delivery on orders over $400, shipped within 1–2 business days Australia-wide.

What is the Grounded™ program?

Grounded™ is BizCup’s coffee waste recycling program, available to Silver and Gold Care Plan customers. Instead of your used coffee grounds going to landfill, BizCup collects them and delivers them to Jeffries Group, where they’re processed back into soil.

We provide the bin, collect the grounds and handle the delivery to Jeffries and you don’t do anything except put the grounds in the right place. BizCup has diverted over 2,000,000 kg of coffee waste from landfill through the program.
